Prices per person per month in full board (see economic conditions).
Expenses for the transfer of deposit are paid by the applicant. When transferring the deposit, the concept must indicate the name of the future resident. Only for new residents.
The amount of the deposit will be returned at the end of the period booked. This amount is not refunded if the student renounces to the place, or the residence is abandoned earlier for personal or disciplinary reasons. It will only be returned in the case of not being admitted to the university requested.
In this case, the application of "deposit return" must be fulfilled within ten days after being informed by the study centre and before September 1 (attaching proof of the university where he has not been admitted).
The course is from September 1 to June 28. If the stay should be extended, it will be necessary to apply for a reservation. The extended day will be billed at the price of daily rate.
