REGISTRATION CALENDAR 2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

NEW RESIDENTS

  • Registration: Open

The seniority reference date determinates the room assignation and is marked by the deposit date.

Registration process

  • 1. The following documentation must be handed in:
        a. Registration for the 2021-22 academic year form, duly completed
        b. Photocopy of Id. / PASSPORT
        c. Current, passport size photograph
        d. Photocopy of the grades corresponding to the last academic year
        e. Documental proof of the studies carried out (receipt, enrolment receipt, etc.) when they are available
  • 2. Personal interview. Personal or video call, that can be made via Skype our username is: residencia.sarria (make an appointment with admissions department).
  • 3. You will be notified of the decision within a maximum period of 7 days. If you are accepted you will have one week in which to formalise the reservation by way of payment of the 2,000 euro deposit (seniority as a Resident will be valued). It should be sent together with the bank authorisation and the transfer confirmation slip.

 

RESIDENT CURRENT RENOVATIONS
The period of renovations of the current residents is from March 1st to April 1st.
