- Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed twice a week and the sheets once a week, all provided by the Residence.

- Multiple services included for sports activities at Can Caralleu centre, annexed to the Residence.
- Computer room with facilities for black and white and colour printing.

- Multimedia-film screening room with THX Dolby surround sound equipment. PC connection facilities.
- Own car and motorbike parking covered and open-air, with CCTV.
- Buffet restaurant providing home cooking combined with international cuisine and seasonal produce. Full board from Monday to Sunday
- Picnic service and the option of dinner kept for late arrivals.
- Token operated laundry for personal washing.
- Communal rooms for relaxation, reading or chatting with friends.
